  • Expertise in QA Methodologies: STLC/SDLC, Waterfall, V & V, Agile
  • Point of Sale Skills: Tests for Store open, End of the day, validation of sales reports and receipts/invoices, Omni-Channels, Web Services, API, E-commerce
  • Hardware: POS Registers/Monitors/Server, Kiosk, Network Switches, Scanner, EMV, PED/PIN, Printer, Cash Drawer.
  • Quality Gate Skills :Test Planning, Test Estimation, Project Reporting, Technical Documentation,
  • Testing Skills: Unit, Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, User Acceptance, Performance
  • Re-imaging the POS registers and Servers, install/uninstall Mobile App, POS Packaging, POS Lab Setup, Windows (KB) Update, Certification Testing, Inserting & reimaging the POS devices. Installing required drivers and set up the network IPs for Test & Production Stores.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis and walkthrough with Developers and SME’s
  • Test Planning, Test Estimations ,Test Case Creation, Review, update
  • Test Execution for POS application
  • Perform Functional, System, Integration and Regression testing in different phases
  • Coordination with Leads and Managers
  • Data validation in different application reports &Defect reporting using JIRA
  • Re-imaging of POS Server and Registers, installation of printer drivers and software
