5+ years of experience working as a Mainframe tester and leading QA efforts
Should be knowledgeable to use ISPF, TSO, FileAid, and other mainframe tools
Should be able to write simple Sort, IDCAMS and should be able to run batch jobs
Knowledge of Cobol, VSAM, JCL
Write test plans and test cases
Excellent communication and people interaction skills
Coordination with offshore teams
Good understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and leading practices
Knowledge of Insurance domain is beneficial
