IVR Tester with Automation

6+ Months contract

The GPS (Guided Personal Services) project team is looking to add a QA Tester with specific knowledge and experience with IVR to help with the acceleration of their project.  This is a large initiative looking to redesign the CVS Customer Service platform to be broader, more functional, and have the ability to service more people at the same time.  There are about 350 people involved in this project, which is hubbed in Hartford, CT.

·         looking for a strong candidate for us who has IVR testing and automation experience who is vocal and has the experience providing oversight to offshore QA engineers.  This person will be focused on testing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems across the program using Selenium. 

Job Description:

• Experience in testing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems
• 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, Javascript
• Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
• Hammer experience desired
• Familiarity with IVR call flows
• Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment. 
• Experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
• BDD Testing using Cucumber is a plus      
• Sale Force experience is a plus
• Health Care experience required
• Outstanding communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with Test lead and support the Design and execution for contact center related testing activities
• Validate IVR applications
• Creates test scripts according to the business requirements.
• Responsible for planning, creating and Executing testcases.
