Digital Learning Manager

Main Activities:

• Management and administration of HCP facing website and LMS for delivering blended learning journeys that mix digital on-demand learning and facilitator-led instruction (virtual or in-person)

• Work closely with subject matter experts in creation of blended learning curricula and assets used to manage the HCP journey over time.

• Assist in the creation of both offline and online educational materials via an agency using Articulate Rise, Storyline and Review software.

• Work closely with the AMI Digital Associate Director to execute the local learning strategy and identify appropriate development plans.

• Identify opportunities to promote US Allergan digital learning properties to HCPs in order to increase participation and behavioral change.

• Manage the e-learning platform including new course development and reporting.

• Carry out regular statistics and analysis reporting.

• Support Business Technology team and Delivery team in fulfilling changes in requirement to functionalities.

• Assist in the development and testing of new functionalities on the global platform.

• Assist with the legal and regulatory approval process for new content or concept development in conjunction with the Allergan professional education teams.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: DESCRIBE SCOPE:

Development of blended learning training programs, both offline and online, to market professional education from Allergan to HCPs
Learning platform and course analytics and reporting

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with an e-learning platform with an educational focus on external learners (preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical field)

• High understanding of blended learning methodologies

• Proven experience in instructional design

• Proven experience in project management for learning content creation

• Experience in leveraging a multi-channel approach to promoting learning including email marketing

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve existing or potential problems

• Expert in LMS administration and reporting
• Strong knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline and xAPI protocol
• Ability to read key learning analytics and make recommendations

• Self-management and planning of your work schedule with a high level of accountability
• Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time delivering on deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and QC and testing skills
• Strong time-management skills a must
• Strong organizational skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work within a team but also on own initiative
• Ability to pick up new tools quickly
• Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager CMS and Absorb LMS is a plu
