Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead

El Segundo, LA - CA

FTE / Contract to Hire (After 3-6 Months) – Only visa independent.

 

JD:

 

• Experience working with clients in requirement validtaion, Technical design creation, application demo to the client and guide offshore development team on technical solution.

• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience.

• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.

• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a CRM solution.

• Experience of integrating Salesforce with third party SaaS and ERP applications.

• Data modeling, management, and security.

• Platform development.

• Developer console

• Salesforce object query language

• Apex object-oriented programming

• Lightning framework

• Salesforce app customization.

• Visualforce page development

• Lightning component development, Lightning design development.

• Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.

• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements, Queues

• Service Cloud, Service Console, Omni Channel, BOT, Live Chat, Integrating Amazon connect to service cloud, Knowledge Base, Case Managemet, queue and skill based case routing

• Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits

• Knowledge and experience with data migration
