Web Ecosystem Specialist
UI Developer with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Digital Marketing experience
Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEMRush
Responsibilities:
• Work with Senior Manager to fully understand user experience and visual elements for web development
• Partner with brand managers for website operation and planning task such as site search optimization, promotion and campaign set up, campaign support, product content and asset management
• Define estimates, road maps, and timeline contributing to site strategy- from ideation to articulation to delivery
• Create website layout-user interface by using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other relevant web design coding languages
• Gather and refine website specification and requirement base on technical needs
• Cooperate with web/graphic designers and IT teams to match visual design intent with brand guidelines
• Web Tracking (GA Tagging & MVAs) to improve site quality, reliability and customer experience
• Ongoing content management using WordPress and in line with SEO strategies, and algorithm shifts
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Web functionally and information architecture (IA)
• Digital Brand Asset Review/Certification in VEEVA
• Domain management
• Monitor workflow and status of web project task and marketing requests
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design as well as understanding of entire web development process including design, development and deployment.
• Understand of Web Accessibility Guidelines and GDPR, CCPA, and HIPPA in a pharmaceutical regulatory environment)
• A bachelor’s degree with strong business, math, analytics and project management skills.
• Excellent time management is required.
• Experience in digital, brand, and/or technical roles.
• Experience in digital platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEMRush, etc.
• Familiarity with segmentation and personalization of marketing campaigns with an understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and HIPPA in a highly regulated environment such as Pharma.
• Familiarity with data architecture, web tools & standards, design and usability.
