3-5 years working experience in large IT application environment as a Technical analyst. Job requirements demand business requirements gathering/analysis and documenting detailed Business and System Requirements/User Stories

Primary Skill sets –

• BRS, SRS & User stories creation/documentation, analysis, MS Visio

• Conceptual knowledge of OOPs

• Hands-on in Core Java, Restful & SOAP Web-Services

• Understanding of EJB’s, multi-tier architecture & Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Should be able to understand the existing Java code & reverse engineer the code to create Business / System requirement documents

Secondary Skill sets:

• Preferably hands on experience in Retail domain or Shipping Logistic domain

• Hands on experience in Agile methodology

Job Description –

• Understanding and designing the Business and the System Requirements in close coordination with the stakeholders

• Prepare research documents.

• Create issue trackers if an action item is pending from stakeholders.

• Maintain log of all changes being made in the BRS/SRS. Any change to SRS should trace back to the BRS.

• Create Business flow diagrams (if not provided by Marketing), BRS, SRS.

• Participate in business and requirement review sessions

• Participate in Defect handing and defect review sessions

• Owns a set of systems for changes and change impacts against incremental release cycles

• Improving the system by studying the current practices, current systems and the desired ideal fit
