Expert level Technical Project Manager, a strong leader and hands-on doer responsible for managing the planning, execution, Monitoring and control of multiple complex, high-visibility engineering projects/programs.  This will include being responsible for the planning, scope management, sequencing and coordination of deliverables across scrum teams; tracking progress to plan and communicating status through to production release. The individual will be responsible for organizing and running productive team meetings and to be a point of contact for status and updates on the project activities/status/etc.

Well-versed in Agile framework and Scrum principles with a track record of successfully leading teams to implement complex features and/or launch solutions.

The individual needs to have great communication and facilitation skills. As we look for Project Management soft skills, this individual needs to be solid at facilitating effective meetings and conversations – defining action items with owners and dates, and not reserved about ensuring accountability with the owners, keeping teams on track and driving issues and blockers to resolution. They should possess a sense of drive and motivation for the project to be successful, with a sense of urgency when warranted.

Background/ tools

Technical Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master experience (a plus)

• Business Process Improvement experience in methods such as Six Sigma (a plus) Tools

• Rally and Confluence (Proficiency Level: Intermediate)

• Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel,

• Microsoft SharePoint (Proficiency Level: Novice)

• Microsoft Teams

• Microsoft Visio (nice to have) Other Qualification Requirements

• Leader, Self-Starter, Ability to work with little direction in a extremely fast-paced environment

• Expert in building and leading teams from forming thru storming, norming to high performing

• Attention to detail and accuracy of detail is critical

• Experience communicating with all levels of management including C-levels
