The salesforce Developer Analyst will be part of a digital team and will be responsible for ensuring and maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full
features and benefits of Salesforce for the various user group needs. This position will be responsible for the full salesforce development life cycle from
technical design to development, testing, and deployment. As a salesforce analyst will be expected to work with marketing/sales and logistics team to gather requirements and configure the Salesforce application based on business needs. A technical salesforce analyst experienced in development and with the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Development experience with Salesforce platform including triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning
components.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API
- Creating and managing users, profiles, roles, and permission sets in Salesforce
- Performing system implementation, configuration, and tuning
- Managing Salesforce objects and processes for the organization
- Developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Commerce/Community or Service clouds with end-to-end implementation experience
- Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements.
- At least 2 years of development experience with Salesforce including Apex, Visualforce, and API development
