Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with preferably 5+  years of Quality assurance experience on Storage and server domain.
Background in hands on Server in UCS is must.
Candidates should have good experience in deployment of all these components with minimum help.
This should also include multi OS/Driver deployment and configuration.
OS (driver installation, fC commands, multipath and troubleshooting in cases of failure )
UCS configuration ( Specifically related to storage like VHBA, WWNN,WWPN, troubleshooting in cases of failure)
Knowledge on FCoE/FC
Working knowledge on Storage (LUN creation and troubleshooting)
Background experience on switch and third party storage integration, specifically, Brocade/MDS/Nexus, NetApp/Pure storage/EMC is advantage.
Testing and troubleshooting in the server and storage environment is preferred. 
Python automation experience a plus.
