Experience Need:

Ability to work independently and follow written standard procedures, Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle, MS SQL Server), Proficient in MS Excel , Understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Data Flows, Operational Data Stores and Data mining, Ability to use and manipulate data in large scale (e.g. flat files, SQL, Oracle) , Working knowledge of Relational databases and methods for efficient data retrieval, Demonstrated ability to document, analyze and verify results., Knowledge and experience with creating use cases and user acceptance testing concept, Excellent analytical skills, Must be able to not only extract and manipulate data but understand what the data represents; to review information critically and ensure that it is accurate and reasonable within the context that it is presented, Excellent organizational skills, Good oral and written communications abilities

Daily Work Tasks:

Cost Allocation Report (weekly): Run MS SQL queries, record results in MS Excel, email approval to

Data Metrics Summary (monthly): Run MS & Oracle SQL queries, record in MS Excel, distribute via email

Actuarial/Underwriting Rating Monthly Approval (AURA): Run SQL queries, assist with investigation for anomalies, email approval

Daily Balancing (Claims/Member): Run Oracle SQL queries, record in Excel, & store results in SharePoint

Daily Profiling: Run Oracle SQL queries, record in Excel, & store results in SharePoint

OneStop Incident tickets: Run Oracle SQL queries, provide findings to technical team, confirm fix and notify submitter

Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS ID) Duplicates: Run Oracle SQL queries, identify duplicates, email data owners to alert/resolve

Actuarial - Pended Claims controls: Run MS SQL Server queries, send results in excel format to data owner
