JOB DETAIL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field
  • Min of 3-5 years of business experience working within an FP&A discipline (preferably within a retail ERP environment), using Oracle General Ledger, Oracle EPM and or Hyperion. 
  • Must have a strong understanding and experience with core FP&A processes within Retail and Finance including reporting and variance analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. 
  • Strong analytical skills, regarding understanding drivers of P&L and cash flow as well as financial modeling experience (income statement, cash flow and balance sheet). 
  • Experience with financial consolidation and close, narrative reporting, annual operating plans, quarterly and monthly forecasts and ongoing analysis of actuals versus plan and/or forecast and the underlying models. 
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate on a timely basis with the Corporate FP&A leadership regarding key project activities and tasks related to new system design and risks and issues management. 
  • Additional Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office application suite with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is preferred. 
  • Full Oracle/ERP/EPM project lifecycle experience (1 to 2 Cloud implementations preferably) including knowledge of related integrations between Oracle Retail and Oracle EBS Financial applications (i.e.: General Ledger) is desired. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to rapidly learn about the business, retain the information and apply to various analyses. 
  • Willingness and ability to adapt and adjust to multiple tasks, shifting priorities and rapid changes. 
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. 
  • Stellar communication skills (oral, written, and numerical). 
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization. 
  • Self-motivation, passion and an extraordinary drive are highly desired.
