Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field
Min of 3-5 years of business experience working within an FP&A discipline (preferably within a retail ERP environment), using Oracle General Ledger, Oracle EPM and or Hyperion.
Must have a strong understanding and experience with core FP&A processes within Retail and Finance including reporting and variance analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills, regarding understanding drivers of P&L and cash flow as well as financial modeling experience (income statement, cash flow and balance sheet).
Experience with financial consolidation and close, narrative reporting, annual operating plans, quarterly and monthly forecasts and ongoing analysis of actuals versus plan and/or forecast and the underlying models.
Ability to collaborate and communicate on a timely basis with the Corporate FP&A leadership regarding key project activities and tasks related to new system design and risks and issues management.
Additional Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office application suite with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is preferred.
Full Oracle/ERP/EPM project lifecycle experience (1 to 2 Cloud implementations preferably) including knowledge of related integrations between Oracle Retail and Oracle EBS Financial applications (i.e.: General Ledger) is desired.
Strong analytical skills and ability to rapidly learn about the business, retain the information and apply to various analyses.
Willingness and ability to adapt and adjust to multiple tasks, shifting priorities and rapid changes.
