JOB DETAIL

  • 15+ years working in property and casualty insurance. Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word- proven ability to modify and create PowerPoint slides. Tangible experience working with large COTS implementation methodologies and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience working with global organizations with onshore and offshore services delivery teams
  • Responsibilities include Interacting and leading Cognizant and business team members in complex discussions around Duck Creek product capabilities.
  • Build on existing and establish new relationships and present to C-level executives in the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Aligning Cognizant deliverables to the program outcome, ensure program is being executed as per timeline and releases are completed as per plan.
  • Planning, monitoring and controlling of overall Cognizant scope.
  • Sprint wise program Management throughout the program life cycle.
  • Lead Inception phase and workshops for assigned Duck Creek transformation programs.
  • Ability to drive program processes and solve issues as they arise.
  • Interact with both technical and functional teams onshore and offshore.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Data, Organizational Change Management, Process Reengineering efforts, and Quality Assurance.
  • Understand and empathize with customer challenges and provide guidance, roadmap and alternative options.
  • Clear and concise status reporting to client and internal stakeholders. Candidate should have proven Consultative Selling Skills in Technology presales or direct sales of experience.
