15+ years working in property and casualty insurance. Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word- proven ability to modify and create PowerPoint slides. Tangible experience working with large COTS implementation methodologies and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience working with global organizations with onshore and offshore services delivery teams
Responsibilities include Interacting and leading Cognizant and business team members in complex discussions around Duck Creek product capabilities.
Build on existing and establish new relationships and present to C-level executives in the property and casualty insurance industry.
Aligning Cognizant deliverables to the program outcome, ensure program is being executed as per timeline and releases are completed as per plan.
Planning, monitoring and controlling of overall Cognizant scope.
Sprint wise program Management throughout the program life cycle.
Lead Inception phase and workshops for assigned Duck Creek transformation programs.
Ability to drive program processes and solve issues as they arise.
Interact with both technical and functional teams onshore and offshore.
Demonstrate working knowledge of Data, Organizational Change Management, Process Reengineering efforts, and Quality Assurance.
Understand and empathize with customer challenges and provide guidance, roadmap and alternative options.
Clear and concise status reporting to client and internal stakeholders. Candidate should have proven Consultative Selling Skills in Technology presales or direct sales of experience.
