B.S. or M.S. in Computer Sciences, Engineering Management or Industrial & Systems Engineering or MBA required

Minimum of 3 years of SAP TM project experience

At least 2 SAP TM E2E implementations experience with a hands-on role in all phases

Understanding of Transportation Management Business environments of Shippers, Retailers and/or Logistics Service Providers

Ability to independently drive Business Blueprint sessions with customers and map out business requirements to SAP specific Solutions

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all team members and client staff

Additional ABAP skills preferred

A proven leader with the ability to handle engagements, quickly identify and resolve issues.
