•  7 years of equivalent industry experience as Business Analyst or functional side on healthcare domain

•  Good understanding of interoperability standards & healthcare data – HL7, CCDA, FHIR APIs

•  Experience advising clients on related solutions and services – having a product mindset

•  Learn about industry trends and best practices to help set direction for projects and products.

•  Understanding of Cures Act and related regulatory implications on payers/providers

•  Nice to have – Exposure to across cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS or GCP)

•  Must be experienced in providing detailed product requirements and end-user documentation

•  Develop strategies for continuous improvement of our projects and processes.
