Responsibilities
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Develops, executes, coordinates and monitors overall project plans in MS Project , tasks, and milestones.
Implements management processes to identify, report, and monitor project issues
Ensure that projects and are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Manage and coordinate work with different
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
Performs requirements gathering and technical analysis as Interfaces with internal customers and external Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
Build templates for technology standards and end user
Document technology standards
Develop and maintain end user documentation quick reference guides, etc.
Work closely with Infrastructure Architecture, I/T Security, Application Development and Operations
Qualifications:
5 + years in Project Management
Experience with large scale, enterprise IT Infrastructure projects required.
Experience with large scale Data Center, Cloud
Unified Communications
Collaboration and End User Computing projects required
Requires an understanding of infrastructure technologies across domains to gain credibility and manage multiple work streams and complex projects
Prior experience documenting technology standards and experience working with IT Infrastructure Architecture and IT Operations areas required
Requires advanced MS Office 2013/16, MS Visio
Project Professional 2013/2016 skills,
Experience with MS Project Server and SharePoint
Experience delivering presentations to senior IT leadership required
Proficient with Kanban and other Agile project management framework
Previous experience working in a technical capacity Infrastructure Lead, Systems or Network Engineer/Architect preferred
