They will be supporting mostly MM, WM and IM. Most support ticket that come in are purchasing issues, picking issues in warehouse, putaway and receiving issues. The PP knowledge would be for a project to work on some processes we have at the IM level that are producing product in 2 storage locations that are located in separate states
