Mandate skills to looks for : C# , .NET technologies, Strong in Data Structure. Do not share Java based candidates at all. For Microsoft, its always .net

Can Consider any of the JD

-                 At least 5 years of C# development experience

-                 3+ years of Azure development experience

-                 Experience in writing PowerShell scripts

-                 Good communication skills and should be able to drive tasks independently

-                 Candidates with Microsoft experience preferred

Or

-                 1.            Min 6 Years of experience working on web applications

-                 2.            C#.NET

-                 3.            MVC .NET with Razor view

-                 4.            Web API, JSON

-                 5.            HTML/CSS experience

-                 6.            Azure experience

-                 7.            Angular

-                 8.            Javascript / JQuery

-                 9.            Data Structures

-                 10.          TFS or GIT knowledge

Or

-                 • Experience 5+ Years of working with .NET Technologies

-                 • Excellent communication and customer management skills

-                 • Proficient in C# with Design Pattern knowledge

-                 • Expert in one front end technologies (Angular or React.JS or JQuery)

-                 • Understanding of Azure

-                 • Comfortable in writing SQL Queries

-                 • Must have Product Development Experience
