- Install , Configure, Administer latest versions of Operating Systems as per the requirements
- Experience in Windows Operating systems support & troubleshooting
- Experience on OS and software patching (manual as well as using SCCM)
- Exposure on SCCM for patching, deployment & software distribution
- Experience on windows imaging and configuration
- Experience in BigFix
- Must have troubleshooting experience on above areas
- Experience in windows server Clustering, Terminal services, DNS, DHCP and file server management
- Idea of taking, deleting and reverting snapshots of the VM
