Candidate is required to provide their own equipment as GA logs into a Virtual Desktop.
Design, development and testing of ETL processes to load data in reporting databases used by data scientists and analysts.
Design, development, testing, and deployment of Tableau Dashboards.
Work closely with business teams to understand business questions and business requirements.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Understand and structure data to facilitate reporting and analyses.
Recommend and create visualization solutions.
Complete ad hoc requests as they arise.

Requirements:

5+ years of advanced Python programming experience is required.
2+ years of experience with advanced Tableau functionality and server architecture is preferred.
Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in related field.
3+ years of experience in financial services. Experience in insurance or annuity is required.
Foundational knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistics is required.
Experience working with relational and multi-dimensional database architecture.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Visio) is required.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and consulting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set. Experience with data cleaning and validation.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet specified deadlines.
Flexible and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Able to redirect efforts when priorities shift.
