Tracking, monitoring and status reporting to various stakeholders
- Experience in leading the QA team with onshore and offshore model
- Pega based product test experience
- Strong STLC process knowledge with hands on experience in manual testing
- Experience in leading onshore and offshore team
- Healthcare domain knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to review the testing deliverables from team for efficiency and correctness
- Driving team members to deliver all the deliverables as per the project plan
- Provide status reporting on all test deliverables to all stakeholders and senior leadership
- Good communication to interact directly with project stakeholders independently and represent QA team in status, walkthroughs, triage and defect calls
Should be able to facilitate and organize customer calls
