6+ years of experience in designing, building and implementing BPM solutions

6+ years of experience using Pega

Strong experience with complete life cycle of Pega PRPC rules configuration, customization and deployment, preferably in Agile/SCRUM based environment

Knowledge of all phases of SDLC including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric and process-based applications

Strong knowledge of the PRPC Architecture, design and implementation features

Working knowledge on Pega OOTB features

Strong working knowledge in one or more programming languages, HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Experience architecting custom API integrations with Pega

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively guide and mentor junior employees

Excellent relationship management skills to forge relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
