POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Job description.  . Technical Knowledge and Skills required, work experience :.  . - 7 - 10 yrs. SAP S/4HANA / ECC. - SAP - CS, SD experience of at least 5-8 years through consulting.. - CS experience is mandatory, At-least two full end to end implementation experience. - Primary skills on SAP Customer services. Secondary skills on Sales & Distribution (SD). Preference is certified.. - Candidate should have good exposure in working on interfaces (Mandatory). - Good / Extensive Integration experience in SAP PI/ CPI / API Management, full life cycle implementation in SAP CS or SD  with SAP PI/CPI/ API Management and other cloud integrations.. - Able to plan, provide functional specifications to build integrations between different systems using CPI.. - Should have Good knowledge to test the Interface programs.. - Strong knowledge on SAP CS service orders, notifications, service and parts billing, work centers task lists. functional location, equipment master data, Installed base, serial number, SAP SD Order Management, Pricing, Billing.. - Good Business process knowledge in SAP CS Field service, Warranty, Returns and Repair Processing, Service Billing, Integration with MM and FI modules. - Domain exposure to product serialization, services execution or coordination, contracts, billing, with business process & systems FIT-GAP analysis is plus..  . Soft Skills Required.      . - Good communication and presentation skills.. - Excellent communication skills both verbal & written in English are required. - Worked in business/client facing role. - Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask. - Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time. - Cross-domain: clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains.
