As Solution Integrator, you will assist the Deployment team to drive the adoption of the Marketplace solution globally. You will be able to exercise your skills as both a technical integrator and business analyst by:
- Assistingthedistributors onboarding to ensure technical requirements are met and API integrations are successful.
- Optimizing integration efficiency and ensuring documentation and process maps are kept updated.
- Leveraging your skills related to SQL, web services, and REST APIs to support the day-to-day operations.
- Becoming an expert in web Marketplace technology stack and the processes that ensure its successful operation.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one; candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Strong understanding of REST APIs (JSON/ XML)
- Experience using SQL to query from relational databases (Redshift, Postgres, MySQL)
- Ability to create process charts and documentation
- Ability to do VLOOKUPs in Excel
- Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of eCommerce processes (Pick/Pack/Ship)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience programming or writing shell scripts for automation.
- Experience with automating manual processes
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with Git
- Experience with an eCommerce platform like Magento, Shopify, or Hybris.
