The Business Analyst should have minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing domain with experience on ERP applications.
Experience in Manufacturing domain is mandatory.
Should be able to understand the technology land scape of Multiple ERPs, Multiple Databases and Distributed Applications and convert them into Understandable artifacts for executive leadership to take decisions for optimization/modernization/retire.
Collaborate with the entire Enterprise Applications team and assist overall business and technology strategy with unique understanding of business processes, and solution delivery capabilities
Should be able to document existing workflows and identify the hotspots for optimization
Should be a functional consultant to understand existing landscape and convert into document / inputs that PoC / Project team can take up optimization activities
Should have ability to analyze large amounts of raw data and summarize into clear, accurate, meaningful, value-added reports and analysis for executive leadership.
Should be able to contribute and facilitate UATs
Prior experience in Agile development methodology is preferred
Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
