This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture to help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, build and incentivize high-performing teams.
Candidate will play an integral role in ensuring that ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture.
He will lead a large work stream of a regulatory program focused on Cyber Resiliency.
Role requires technical acumen in technology resiliency, infrastructure technology (Databases and Messaging Platforms) and proven program management skills.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and demonstrated success in managing teams particularly in a matrix fashion, driving multiple complex and large scale projects.
The individual must be extremely disciplined and organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as, experience presenting and influencing senior managers are a must.
