• 10+ years of strong experience as a database developer with Good SQL skills using DB2 , Sybase, or Oracle

• 5+ years of strong experience as a database modeler using Power Designer or Erwin

• 5+ Years of experience as ETL developer using Informatica or any other industry standard ETL product

• 5+ Years of experience using scripting languages such as Unix/Perl or python.

• Experienced in working with large data sets

• Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools to create high quality, application environments leveraging Waterfall and or Agile development methodologies

• Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels

Skills Desired:

• Knowledge of Financial markets & Wealth Management.

• Knowledge of Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) databases such as Teradata and Greenplum

• Grasp of Big data processing tools like MapReduce, Spark, Hive, etc.
