· Nutrition Device EU MDR remediation Lead Project Integrator
· Works in coordination with Global Business Unit (GBU) point of contact and GBU Portfolio Owner
· Provides oversite of various activities and escalate issues to GBU Core Team.
· Creates and owns integrated project plan throughout all remediation activities
· Coordinates planned scope between various cross functional SMEs inclusive of all workstreams to ensure schedule alignment
· Maintain dashboard for weekly updates to Senior Leadership
· Review risks and work together with all HCL and Baxter workstreams to mitigate.
· Acts as a liaison between HCL functional team and Baxter functional team throughout the program
· Lead and manage project review meetings with GBU POC for schedule, risk and issue updates
Requirements:
· Proven working experience in project management in the Medical / Pharma sector
· Minimum 8 years of project Management Experience
· Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Medical and Pharma Domain
· Must have a flexible mindset, able to work in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities
· Able to problem solve and resolve issues/obstacles to successfully meet deliverable timelines
· Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to meet timelines where competing priorities may exist
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to plan and implement resolutions to technical problems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must possess knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat products. Knowledge in Microsoft Visio is a plus
· PMP certification is a plus.
