• Work on SAP related Change Requests (CRs)Work on issues/Tickets.
• Provide IT support during US Business hours.
• Ensure utmost responsiveness for the Customer queries during the US hours.
• Handle business communication between users and IT Team and become first point of contact.
• Participate in demand planning discussion with customer so as to have uniform inflow of CRs.
• Analysis of efforts required to deliver CRs.
• Identify risks and mitigate them Liaising with offshore team.
• Communicating with customer leads and updating them with regular status as part of weekly cadence

Competencies   SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD)

1. Subject Matter expertise in SAP SD- Sales and Distribution module
