Talent should have around 7+ Years of development experience using JAVA, J2EE & Spring Batch

Strong technical expertise in Web services SOAP & REST

Depth knowledge is Application Servers like IBM WAS, Weblogic and JBoss

Ability to create Technical Design using J2EE design patterns

Strong experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL/DB2 Server - ability to design tables and write PL/SQL, Stored Procedures

Familiar with Waterfall & Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs and delivering short sprints

Secondary Skill: Spring Batch

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Strong oral and written communication skill
