- Need to be proficient to gather user requirement, design workflow, write user stories. Can quickly pick up projects and do some configuration of Salesforce.
- Experience in gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements by working closely with the business team and document testable requirements accordingly.
- Lead client meetings with Program Manager.
- End-to-End implementation experience of SDLC life cycle: requirement analysis, design, and development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Analyze requirements and policies to ensure the performance, privacy, security & quality of business data
- Good Understanding of Media Domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test scripts, executing test cases, and documenting defects.
Work with Offshore team in IST time zone to clarify the requirements.
