JOB DETAIL

  • ·         Demonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • ·         Executive presence and effective communication
  • ·         Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team
  • ·         Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish
  • ·         Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • ·         Waterfall and Agile Methodology
  • ·         Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed
  • ·         Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies

Technical

  • ·         Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects
  • ·         General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects
  • ·         Understanding of core infrastructure
  • ·         SAP HANA  Integration
  • ·         PMP/Prince Preferred.
  • ·         Experience with and Vendor package implementations
  • ·         Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·         Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations
  • ·         Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • ·         Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies
  • ·         Establish and coordinate project teams
  • ·         Direct and oversee the project team
  • ·         Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation
  • ·         Manage project budgets
  • ·         Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans
  • ·         Manage project changes to achieve project goals
  • ·         Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders
  • ·         Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable
  • ·         Participate in quality audits
