- Support Oracle ERP Applications.
- Strong Functional expertise in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules: iProcurement, PO, INV, BOM, WIP, ASCP, OPM
- Primary point of contact between the Business and the Support team.
- Work with Oracle Support for any product issues.
- Manage the End to End Change Management Process including Approvals,
- Testing/UAT, Documentation, Production Deployment and Review Post Deployment.
- Help the customer with the SoX Audit with External and Internal
- Auditors. Ensure that the appropriate procedures are followed for Change Management.
- Present Reports from Oracle, Involve in Building Custom Reports and Interfaces.
- Work with third party vendors for Integration with Oracle ERP.
- Perform User Role Assignment, Custom Role Creation.
- Work on employee Onboarding/Offboarding/Employee Updates.
- Work with IT, Business Process Owners for new features, new module
- implementation. Prepare Time/Resource Budget.
- Review Tickets on the Customer Support portal and close them in a
- timely manner. Perform Ageing and Root cause Analysis
- Review Enhancement requests with the Business process Owners,Ensure
- timely completion including Testing/UAT and Production Deployment.
- Manage Quarterly Release updates. Review new features Released by
- Oracle with the Business and check if they are applicable.
- Update of Setup documents, Functional and Technical Specification and
- ensure Revision control and approvals are in place.
- Instance management including preparing the Instance Refresh Schedule and work with Oracle.
- Communicate Instance Downtime and Uptime to the Business. This includes: Planned and unplanned. Perform Impact Assessment of downtime.
