• Total 12-15 Years of experience including managing and driving testing teams with following domain, technical skills.

• Coordination of Test Approach / Strategy across teams, Defect lifecycle tracking and overall program reporting

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & Establish Testing Strategy/Approach across Teams

• Partner with overall Program Reporting Team to understand reporting framework and tools for CTS COE to leverage for capturing data and differentiating Testing from non-Testing impediments

• Develop approach for tracking and reporting

• Assist with overall reporting cadence and process

Domain:

• Experiences within Financial Services / Wealth Management

• Product Knowledge – Advisory, Capital Markets, Banking

Testing:

• Strong knowledge of Agile / DevOps Principles & Testing Methodologies

• In Sprint Automation Test Execution and Delivery Regression Testing

• End to End / Front to Back Testing

• Experience with Field Facing / Client Facing Platforms* (CRM, Mobile, Digital)

• Account/Client Data Management Platforms*

Technology:

• Hands on experiences with generic Testing Tools- ALM, JIRA

• Able to develop test cases/gherkin scripts leveraging test automation tools / frameworks- BDD Framework (utilizing Cucumber and Selenium), Model Based Testing (MBT)
