MUST HAVES

o TECH: Hands on JAVA technologies, will need experience on 1.8 or later release.

o TECH: Low level design & experience troubleshooting production incidents as first level of triage.

o TECH: Working knowledge of the MS SQL Server (Database) - resource will need to know basic queries to be successful.

o BUSINESS: Experience working with the client team to gather requirements for the new feature enhancements and delivering Business Requirements document

o BUSINESS: Foundational knowledge of Investment Management / Advisory business model

o BUSINESS: Strong communication (both written and verbal) as it is a client facing role o OTHER: Prior experience working in global delivery model as an onsite coordinator to the offshore team.

o OTHER: Cross Cultural experience working with both India and US teams and understanding team dynamics on both sides.

o OTHER: Candidate should be self-starter and pro-active in problem solving.

NICE TO HAVE

Knowledge of the AWS (Cloud) will be an added advantage the account is moving towards cloud, but immediate work will not involve AWS.

The person we recruit should have experience developing/designing cloud architecture on AWS and may need to help on code reviews for client and our offshore teams.

 Knowledge of the Linux will be an added advantage
