Must-Have

• Technical Skills in order of priority: Informatica PC, Strong SQL, Teradata Experience, Informatica DEI, Hadoop Programming (Sqoop, Hive, Spark).
• A minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in ETL Development preferably Informatica PowerCenter
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of ETL Development best practices,
• Strong understanding of Database Concepts, Datawarehouse, Performance Tuning in SQL and Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of technology platforms and environments.
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple assigned projects and tasks.
• Outstanding ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to develop complex mappings and workflows in accordance with requirements.
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in incident and problem management, defect implementation, small enhancements etc
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in offsite and remote locations
• Strong leadership and service delivery skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, consult and share information with managers and colleagues within customer organization matrix

Good-to-Have

• 2-3 years’ experience with IIB(Broker) and Sterling Integrator

Performs all activities as part of application support including incident and problem management

Responsible for maintaining tower's SLA KPI and other measures as required

Coordinate with offshore team / provide business clarifications

Accountability across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.

Proactive analysis of business processes and issues and identification of innovative ways to address day to day operational problems by provisioning the right technical or process solutions

Responsible for peer-review of code when required as part of defect fixes

Works with production control and operations as needed to promote mappings/workflows, implement schedules and resolve the issues.

Maintains all applicable documentation /KEDB
