Project Manager
Experiencing managing a 40 plus team is a must, able to manage offshore teams from different geographie
UST Global® is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Project manager with experience leading enterprise data projects around Business and IT operations. The ideal candidate should be an expert in leading projects in traditional, new, and emerging technologies. The candidate should have good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer data platforms. A good understanding of enterprise data architecture and systems is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with technologists to C-level executives is key to be successful in this role.
As a Project Manager at UST Global, this is your opportunity to
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
• Very good hands-on with Microsoft Project plan
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
You bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a software-related discipline. A Master’s degree in a related field is an added plus
• 10+ years of experience in projects management
• 5+ years of experience in strategic data planning, standards, procedures, and governance
