As the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer you will provide direction too ur product team in an agile-based software development team. It will be your responsibility to determine the best approach to the technical challenges faced when testing acceptance criteria and business needs. Must be able to convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures into detailed logical flow charts, whether completed internally or outsourced.
Ability to stay well-organized and pay close attention to detail. Correspond with contacts with appropriate language while following the specificfacility and department protocol. Interact with staff at all levels, sometime sunder pressure; remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Lead Quality Assurance Engineer will be a member of the information technology team reporting up to the CTO. The job duties can be performed remotely from acentral location, in the user's work environment, or in a combination of the two.

Responsibilities:
- Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client as necessary.
- Providing guidance to a team of developers and testers on best testing strategies and implementations.
- Maintaining automated testing within a Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Develop an automated testing strategy.
- Write automated tests.
- Test data management.
- Identifying quality issues and creating testing reports
- Troubleshooting custom software and automation tools
- Contribute to production development. Suggest improvements on software features to increase reliability and better monitoring.
- HITRUST and HIPAA compliance
- Understand and identify the potential product implication of project features to other projects, products and upcoming projects.
- Understand the complexity of product workflow and the impact of the additional features being implemented to products and identify any potential customer workflow impacts.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience using multiple testing methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Provide technical expertise for both assigned projects, and other requests from all parts of the organization.
- Provide input to the performance appraisals.
- Actively engage to improve the product team through software development best practices, tools and techniques
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead other engineers in how to incorporate the process improvement.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in full stack development.
- Experience with Cypress.io for automated end-to-end and UI testing
- Experience with Postman for automated API, integration, component, persistence and subcutaneous testing
- Experience with Detectify for automated security testing (having some security testing would be fine, even without Detectify specifically)
- Experience with K6 for automated performance testing (JMeter skills would have the concepts but not the same implementation)
- Experience with feature flags
- Experience with test data management process
- Experience calling RESTful web services, WebAPI and GraphQL.
- Experience with relational databases and document databases, specifically Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
- Experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
- Experience in data processing (ELT) testing.
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and data warehousing.
- Experience with Visual Studio Code.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Experience with Office 365 application suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
