Responsibilities:
Overall 5+ years of strong subject matter expertise in P&C Insurance Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis experience working in large development projects
Expertise in gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and developing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Specifications Expertise in preparation of Business Requirement Documents/FRDs/Functional specification and User Story Experience in co-coordinating with business and IT across all phases of software development life cycle.
Expertise in creating and reviewing Test scenarios, Test cases, System testing, Regression testing and maintaining Traceability Matrices.
ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
Ability to understand XML, Data Base/Data Mapping, Accord standards will be good to have Exposure to Legacy Migration/database migration projects will be good to have.
