- 8 to 10 years of experience in Program Management for Medical devices Manufacturing
- 3 to 5 years managing large scale design control or large remediation projects
- Very good understanding in design controls (ISO 13485) & GMP
- Good experience in manufacturing process remediation & improvement
- Experience in project planning, budget planning, resource tracking, project risk tracking, project metrics tracking
- Experience in presenting status to senior management
- Experience in cost improvement initiatives in manufacturing
- Experience in implementing quality at manufacturing sites (zero defect initiatives)
- Experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) & TMV
- Certified Six sigma black belt
- Experience in NCMR, CAPA associated to manufacturing issues
- Experience in DHR, process monitoring & control
- Good written & verbal communication
- Experience making bottoms-up complex project schedules
- Experience with cross functional teams
- EUMDR experience
- EU Class III device experience
- Experience working with differing personalities and opinions (able to build consensus)
