Meet with key business and technology partners to collect requirements, collaborate and brainstorm with team to understand, identify, and take on complex business requirements and user needs.
Supports, tests, and monitors data integrations between e-commerce systems, enterprise applications, and the data warehouse.
Develops recommendations, action plans and necessary documentation following the approved project methodology.
Develops Functional Specifications/User stories and Designs as needed.
Works with assigned technical resources to document and test technical solutions.
Works with our vendors and internal IT team to ensure Training and Communication plans are developed.
Translate concepts into customer flows, journey maps, and wireframes, and perform UAT and other testing roles.
Inspire and bring new ideas to the team through staying in the know of current eCommerce trends.
Qualifications:
5-7 years’ experience as E-commerce Business Analyst is preferred.
2+ years of Agile exp, ability to create User Stories on the Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence)
Ability to create process flows in Visio is a big plus
Able to work independently and as part of a team in an environment which follows a structured development process
Strong verbal and written communications skills - Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members
Ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
Conscious of data security, risk management, and PCI compliance.
