10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle/ERP Procurement applications. 

Experience with majority of the following processes required:

·      Procure to Pay: Purchasing, Self Service Requisitioning, Supplier Self Service Portal, Punchouts

·      Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory

·      High degree of experience with designing and implementing procurement and supply chain processes 

.   Ability to drive change management, training, rollouts of procurement processes with multiple suppliers.  

Expectations:

·      Minimum 2 full cycle ERP implementation 

·      Must be able to work independently with client users and senior management

·      Must have excellent communication skill (verbal & written)

·      Experience with Oracle OUM and AIM methodology and documentation or similar documentation methodology 

·      Ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users

·      Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving and documentation.

·      Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP

·      Ability and willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in an onsite-offshore delivery model
