1.                Drive requirements and make requirements mappings for a short term, tactical solution for Loan Accounting System Integration.  

2.                Identify effective solutions for busines software system issues.

3.                Recommend solutions for systems improvement.

4.                Establish specifications for new system by driving systems requirements and goals.  

5.                Provide subject matter expertise to the business owners.

6.                Manage systems requirements across the project lifecycle, to ensure high quality solutions are delivered.

7.                Provide communication plan and key business artifacts.

8.                Provide reporting relating to quality or requirements, traceability, and re-usability.  

Mandatory Experience:

1.        Integration experience preferably for Loan Onboarding system

2.        Experience in financial services industry/commercial banking is a must
