Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
Manage backup, security, and user help system.
Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.
Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
Accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget; responsible for planning and execution of various project deliverables, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall program plan (identifying and driving program dependencies to resolution).
Managing technical/Software projects, may include project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion.
Guide/manage technical or project management staff.
Resolve issues, dependencies, and risks.
Lead and influence others to deliver on project commitments.
Utilize agile training or extensive experience with sprint planning, daily scrums, to support and challenge development planning.
Lead and participate in multiple meetings.
Prepare and analyze status reports and meeting presentation material.
Required:
Master of Computer Science in Information Systems or closely related discipline.
Background in Software development.
Certification or knowledge of AWS.
Exposure to data design, data extraction, and big data transformation projects.
Working knowledge of JIRA and Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), Confluence.
Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
