JOB DETAIL

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot Microsoft SharePoint and O365 features

    Duties

  • Work with Business users to document system requirements, define scope of the project, timeline of project, develop solution . 
  • In SharePoint, do unit testing, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and define Go Live Date.
  • Process bugs for code fixes and implement change requests to systems.
  • Create solutions documentation for work done so that other staff can understand system and work on applications built.
  • Train users and staff on use of system including knowledge transfer of methodologies used to build application. Troubleshoot problems when they arise, and work with Microsoft to resolve issues when applicable. 
  • Manag365 environment including O365 Dynamics

  • Applies engineering disciplines to cloud computing and brings a systematic approach to concerns of commercialization, standardization, and governance of cloud computing applications. Leverages the methods and tools of engineering in conceiving, developing, operating and maintaining cloud computing systems and solutions. Uses the economics of cloud resources to solve business problems.
  • Experience (9+ Years)

  • Requirements

  • 84 months of experience in SharePoint doing administrative tasks such as maintenance (including backup/restore), setup, upgrades, migration etc.
  • 84 months of experience in SharePoint doing development in SharePoint sites such as creation of workflows, lists and design.
  • 84 months troubleshooting issues and provide customer support for service requests related to SharePoint Online and on-premise environments.
  • 84 months of experience in O365 SharePoint Administration, Governance and Migration of site collections using Sharegate.
  • 24 months of supporting SharePoint in a Microsoft Teams environment
  • 84 months Supporting One Drive for business, review and educate users on new O365 features and collaboration tools
  • 84 months of experience working with Active Directory, eDiscovery site collections, PowerShell scripting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field
