Hands-on project management experience for 5-10 years. Familiar with waterfall, Agile methodologies. Should have managed large, complex projects. Banking, finance, captive finance experience – some sort of banking clients/ expertise of processes is needed, since our client is very similar in function to a bank. PMP, Scrum Master or any similar certifications

Great to have: Technical expertise in Java, Salesforce, Cloud is a huge plus

Detailed JD:

• Overall Project tracking and management
• Management of Honda’s J Flow process (LTI will train)
• Identify, manage and escalate project issues and risks and responsible for issue resolution
• Budget tracking and analysis
• Obtain vendor bids, contracting, onboarding and transition management
• Coordinate and participate in project status meetings. Generate status reports and communicate with project leadership
• Schedule and present at leadership checkpoints. Coordinate signoff on project deliverables and J Flow stage gates
• Facilitate decision making by pulling together inputs from leadership and stakeholder
