JOB DETAIL

 

 

Must haves:

·         MINIMUM 5+ years as a QA Tester

·         3+ years’ experience testing IVR systems

·         3+ years’ hands on experience with Selenium

·         Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

 

Job Description:

 

    Experience in testing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems

    3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, Javascript

   Experience testing APIs and data integrations.

    Hammer experience desired

    Familiarity with IVR call flows

    Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.

    Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.

    Experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA.

    BDD Testing using Cucumber is a plus     

    Sale Force experience is a plus

    Health Care experience - preferred

    Outstanding communication skills

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

    Work with Test lead and support the Design and execution for contact center related testing activities

    Validate IVR applications

    Creates test scripts according to the business requirements.

    Responsible for planning, creating and Executing test cases.
