IBM WAS

•             Strong Experience of WebSphere Application server 8.5.x and 9.x Build, configuration and trouble shooting.

•             Real time experience in trouble shooting, and configuration for WebSphere Application server.

•             Configuring various resources like Data sources, connection factories.

•             Real time Experience working with Service integration Bus and the Activation specifications.

•             Performance turning.

•             trouble shooting and Heap dump and core dump analysis.

•             Understanding and configuration of SSL communication

•             Enabling cross cell communication.

•             Experience working with webservers and configuring the plugins.

IBM MDM

•             Experience working with IBM MDM 11.4, 11.5 and 11.6

•             Expert knowledge on MDM functional components data sourcing, data matching & consolidation, managing master copy, data hierarchies, versioning & distribution

•             Experience creating Customer Master, Vendor Master, Policy Master, etc

•             Experience with Address Standardization and other Standardization techniques

•             Must have experience as a technical advisor for installing, configuring and deploying an MDM tool particularly IBM InfoSphere

•             Experience with architecture, design, and development of data integration solutions.

•             Sound understanding of master data management concepts.

•             Sound understanding of data modeling, data quality and data profiling.
