1.       Consultant needs to have 10+ years’ experience in R12 implementation

2.       Excellent Functional knowledge in PO, GL,AP,FA  CM and AR module

3.       Experience in freezing the Business requirements with Business analysts

4.       Experienced in Functional design document and integration experience

5.       Experience in design the Customizations

6.       Experience in making  team understand about the Functional requirements

7.       Experience in carrying out the Functional testing 

8.       Excellent onsite and offshore coordination.

9.       Excellent communication skills.
