·         Meet with key business and technology partners to collect requirements, collaborate and brainstorm with team to understand, identify, and take on complex business requirements and user needs.

·         Supports, tests, and monitors data integrations between e-commerce systems, enterprise applications, and the data warehouse.

·         Develops recommendations, action plans and necessary documentation following the approved project methodology.

·         Develops Functional Specifications/User stories and Designs as needed.

·         Works with assigned technical resources to document and test technical solutions.

·         Works with our vendors and internal IT team to ensure Training and Communication plans are developed.

·         Translate concepts into customer flows, journey maps, and wireframes, and perform UAT and other testing roles.

·         Inspire and bring new ideas to the team through staying in the know of current eCommerce trends.

Qualifications:

·         5-7 years’ experience as  E-commerce Business Analyst is preferred.

·         2+ years of Agile exp, ability to create User Stories on the Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence)

·         Ability to create process flows in Visio is a big plus

·         Able to work independently and as part of a team in an environment which follows a structured development process

·         Strong verbal and written communications skills - Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities.

·         Conscious of data security, risk management, and PCI compliance.
